The plant prepares the fermentation product by the suitable fermentation process of the self-screening lactic acid bacteria F1 (Pediococcus pentosaceus) fermented red algae (Sarcodia montagneana) established in 2017, and analyzes the total phenol and water-soluble protein before and after sea fermentation. The peptide and saccharide change, the total sugar and reducing sugar concentration decreased from 69.70±0.38mg/g and 3.01±0.06mg/g to 43.78±0.18mg/g and 2.26±0.04 mg/g, which is supposed to be caused by the utilization of lactic acid bacteria. The concentration of total phenol, water-soluble protein and peptide increased from 2.47±0.01mg/g, 51.26±2.61 μg/mg, 49.75±1.93μg/mg to 3.71±0.02mg/g, 65.58±2.06μg/mg, 61.27±1.89μg/ mg, observed changes in the composition of the fermentation, total phenol increased by 1.50 times, water-soluble protein increased by 1.28 times, peptides were 1.23 times, of which the proportion of total phenol increased.
To explore the proliferation of hair follicle cells (SV-40) by extracting hot water extracts from Sarcodia montagneana and fermentation products . The results showed that Minoxidil, the main ingredient of the commercially available drug xinfaling, had the highest proliferative effect. The fermentation at the concentration of 1mg/mL was the highest. Hot water extract with significant proliferative performance. Furthermore, it inhibits the hair follicle cell 5-alpha reductase. The results showed that Dutasteride, the main component of the commercially available drug, had the highest inhibitory effect, while the fermentation product also had a high inhibitory effect and showed dose dependence.
The trial preparation and functional evaluation of the soft drink of lactic acid bacteria fermentation of haimuer, firstly extracting the pigment of auricularia auricula, and the pigment obtained by the extraction technique established in this study, showing a purple-red color, thereby preparing the composite formula, in the functional evaluation result, in appearance, color, flavor, hardness and overall acceptance can reach 6 or more points, indicating high functional acceptability. The main products of the scalp lactic acid bacteria were prepared, including the squeezing external preparations, including the original liquid dosage form and the micro emulsifier type, and the storage stability evaluation was carried out in the high temperature accelerated test (50℃, 14 days) and the cyclic temperature change test (50℃←→room temperature←→4℃, 14 days), the results show that both of them have high storage stability.
