海水二枚貝類之品系保種及育種

應用各形態性狀相對比值作為文蛤形態的判別和分析指標,針對台西與日本文蛤2個 群體間形態學參數變方分析結果顯示 SL/SH、SL/SW、SW/SH及SL x SW/SH 等4個殼 形態特徵指標在2個群體間的均達到顯著差異(P<0.05)。顯示來自日本東京灣的文蛤 與台西試驗場的種貝明顯屬於兩個群體。8次的人工繁殖均能使種貝順利產卵,其中 4次獲得沈底苗2478萬粒,依批次放養於4個育苗池。4個育苗池只有5月底繁殖的育 苗池能以2分篩網進行篩選成長快的文蛤苗作為未來種貝培養,共獲得19.76公斤約 18000粒,文蛤平均體長11±0.3㎜、平均體重1.1±0.8g。其他3育苗池繼續養殖中。

SL / SW, SW / SH and SL x SW / SH were used to analyze as morphologicalparameters .The morphological characteristics of the clams showed significantdifferences between the two populations of Taishi clam and Japanese clam(P <0.05). It is Indicating that the clamsfrom the Taishi and Tokyo Bay, Japan, belongedto two populations groups. There have 4 times breeding to get 24.78 million sedimentlarvae in 8 times of breeding program. According the different breeding time oflarvae stocking in 4 nursery pond. One of 4 nursery ponds what was stocked thebreeding larvae from end of May. The larvae can be screened with 64.0 mm2 ofScreening to be the fastgrowth of clam seedlings as the future seed culture. The harvest of clam is atotal of 19.76 kg about 18000individual. The clam has average body length 11 ± 0.3 mm, the average weight of 1.1 ± 0.8g. The other 3 nursery ponds continuedto be cultured until Screening.
