- Completed the establishment of long-term monitoring fields for sedentary fishes and shellfishes. A total of 74 field surveys were conducted this year, including 33 surveys of spp., Octopus 6 surveys of Tripneustes gratilla, 28 surveys of Tectus pyramis, and 3 surveys of Tridacna maxima and 4 surveys of Upogebia edulis, to establish field resources and habitat status data.
- A total of 420,000 seedlings were cultivated and released: 100,000 of Portun us pelagicus , 260,000 of Strombus canarium, 60,000 of Tectus pyramis, and 1547 of Upogebia edulis.
- There are 7 improved techniques for the breeding and mass production of sedentary fishes and shellfishes, including: 2 of Portunus pelagicus, each 1 item of Strombus canarium, Tectus pyrami, Tripneustes gratilla, Tridacna maxima and Upogebia edulis.
- Completed the extraction of nucleic acids from 37 wild adult individuals and 34 breeding seedlings of Strombus canarium, and completed the PCR amplification and sequencing of Cytb sequences. The sequence analysis and test comparison were completed using MEGAX, TCS and DNAsp software.
