熱門海水魚優質種苗量產技術之研究(政策型)(延續優先推動計畫)

一、計畫目標
整合相關技術應用於生物防疫生產模場,建立石斑魚模場繁殖育苗之標準方法與模式以及黃鱲鰺等高經濟海水養殖魚類種魚培育管理技術,並藉此應用於種苗生產以提高育苗活存率及增加海水養殖魚類產業競爭力。
二、重要工作項目
1.光合成菌技術應用於石斑魚育苗生產,提高育成效果及健康度。
2.建立種魚健康度評估指標及操作程序。
3.檢定及修正種魚健康度評估指標。
三、預期效益
本試驗之執行期能建立石斑魚類健康優良種苗繁殖體系之標準模式與方法等基礎資料,以促進人工繁殖技術的發展,達到有效生產優質子代及商業化量產之目的。

This project intends to integrate the key techniques established in previously. According to bio-security concept, breed with the good management to establish techniques for mass production model field.We look forward to transfer the mode field techniques to people ,and resolve low survival rate and instability on larviculture for grouper. To promote fishermen income and increase international competitiveness.
Major tasks:
1. Photosynthetic bacteria applied to seedling production of grouper
2. pathogen screening and tracking
3. Wash and disinfection applied to seedling production
4. Passive immunization used in seedling production
5. health Evaluation6.The amount broodstock is supplementary and eliminate managing。
7.health Evaluation。
8.probiotics applied and feeds the management。
Prospective benefits:
This study can establish standard methods for grouper seed propagation in
model field .It can promote the technique on artificial propagation, to
produce high quality offspring commercially.
