本試驗之目的在應用近親配種的方法,選育高度近親之紅色吳郭魚 (Oreochromis mossambica × O. nilotica) 品系,以提供紅色吳郭魚進行商業化生產時之遺傳種原。以雌雄1比1,黑白配,共8對,有5對產下F1仔代,黑色魚的比例為3.17 ~ 11.72% (n = 5)。其中以編號 3 產下的F1仔代黑色魚最少 (3.17%),選留為本試驗之基礎族群,自交建立F2。F2共有14個家系,仔魚於三月齡時,體色可分為:全黑 (BB) 0 ~ 6尾、紅底大斑 (RB) 5 ~ 16尾、紅底散斑 ( RsB) 13 ~ 39尾、紅底散點 (RsP) 18 ~ 58尾、淺紅稀點 (OrP) 19 ~ 51尾、白底橙斑 (Wr) 3 ~ 20尾及全白 (WW) 0 ~ 5尾等7種類型,有13個家系體色類型比率經卡方適合度檢定,卡方值 (X26, 0.05) 介於1.45 ~ 10.80之間,符合三對對偶基因遺傳型式 (p > 0.05)。從F2的各家系中選留全黑仔魚建立TsB家族、體色全白、鱗片透明的TsR家族以及白底橙斑或紅斑、局部鱗片透明的TsR-1家族,再經三代全同胞之近親選育固定品系,其近親配種係數之估值為0.6718。

摘要abstract(英)


The objective of this study was to develop inbred lines of Taiwanese red tilapia (Oreochromis mossambica × O. nilotica) that could provide genetic resources for commercial production. Using one black mating one white, five out of a total 8 pairs produced F1 progenies. The rate of black occurred from 3.17% to 11.72% in 5 progenies. The progenies from no. 3 that had the lowest number of black tilapia were selected to generate inbred F2. In F2, the body color of progenies was examined at the age of three months. Based on the phenotypic pattern, the body color of 13 progenies were grouped into 7 types as black (BB), strips and patches (RB), spotted (RsB), blotches (RsP), pepper (OrP), orange patches (Wr) and pearl white (WW). The goodness of fit by Chi-square showed that the color pattern was fitted as three pairs of gene genetic mode (p > 0.05). Three inbred lines were then selected as TsB (black), TsR (white) and TsR-1 (white patched with red or orange). After three full-sib mating, the inbreeding coefficient of F5 was 0.6718.
