海水經濟魚蝦益健飼料最適應用研究

益生菌是一有效之生物殺菌劑,添加於飼料中,可保護腸道健康提升養殖物免疫力 具疾病防治效果,促進成長提高活存率及成長效益。膨化飼料製造過程須經高溫高 壓,益生菌不耐高溫壓,無法於製程中添加,目前只能於投餵前將益生菌溶水拌合 吸附於飼料表面稍陰乾後投餵,不但費時費力且易溶失。研發益生菌油水乳化後噴 技術,將益生菌溶於水經油水乳化,於飼料製程造粒後,再以後噴方式附著於水產 飼料,節省拌合益生菌時間,減少益生菌容失方便投餵。建置白蝦益健飼料投餵實 測場域,定期採樣,以增重率、飼料效率、活存率評估投餵成效。

Probiotics is a valid biocides, added to feed, protect the intestinal health of aquaculture to enhance immunity was having the effect of disease prevention, promote growth and improve the current deposit rate of growth of benefits. The manufacturing process of extruded pellet requires high temperature and pressure. Probiotics are not resistant to high temperature and pressure and cannot be added in the process. At present, the probiotics can only be mixed and adsorbed on the surface of the feed before feeding. It is time-consuming and laborious, easy to dissolve and lose. Developed probiotic oil/water emulsification after coating technology, saving the time of mixing probiotics, reducing the loss of probiotics and facilitating feeding . Establish a field for white shrimp and measuring regularly sample to evaluate the effect of feeding healthy feed by weight gain rate, feed efficiency, and survival rate.
