水產種苗研究團隊-神經壞死病毒感染之蛋白質體研究

石斑魚苗易遭受神經壞死病毒感染引起大量死亡,造成水產養殖產業嚴重經濟損失。本計畫目標應用蛋白質體學分析病毒蛋白及病毒-宿主相互關係,經由蛋白質表現差異,提供更多病毒感染所引發機制,以助於了解神經壞死病毒感染過程。本年度利用對神經壞死病毒具高感受性之細胞株進行研究,藉由二維凝膠電泳、膠體內水解、質譜儀定序及蛋白質資料庫分析進行蛋白質鑑定,建立細胞神經壞死病毒感染魚類細胞株後之二維電泳圖譜及蛋白質鑑定。

Nervous necrosis virus (NNV) infective grouper larvae that cause high mortality, resulting in serious economic losses in aquaculture industry.The final aim of this project applies proteomic method to analyze viral protein and virus-host interaction through different expressed proteins after virus infection. It will provide knowledge of biological processes of nervous necrosis virus. The second year of this project uses grouper cell line which high susceptive with NNV to perform proteomic analysis.It will establish 2-DE protein profiles after NNV infection by twodimensional
gel electrophoresis, in-gel digestion, MS sequencing and
protein database analysis.
